Applicant information can be entered by the employer or the applicant. To initiate an order, log in, select Order (if the employer is completing the information) or Order by Invitation or Rapid Invitation (if the applicant is completing the information), select the screening package, and enter the relevant applicant's information. If doing an order by invitation, necessary applicant information is minimal but required for Swift Screening Solutions to contact them to complete the search.
The individual searches are automatically routed to internal and external researchers. The information is then compiled into a draft report and sent to Swift Screenings' Quality Assurance team for review.
Swift Screenings' QA specialists are trained to verify information on the report for accuracy and compliance. The report is delivered to the client after QA is complete.
Once quality assurance review is complete, the report is delivered to the client via email, as a link or a PDF. The applicants can also receive a report when completed if it is noted in the order they should receive one as well.
